As you may have seen in previous blog posts and on our social media, we run a client loyalty raffle each month. This started quite by accident. We wanted to support a local charity while thanking our clients for their support during lockdown. Peterborough Lions were running an Easter Egg Raffle, so we purchased tickets for our clients by donating to the charity. Gary of Letters Group was the lucky winner of a giant Thornton’s Easter Egg.
We decided this was a really nice way of rewarding client loyalty and it was fun too. So, we have set up a monthly client loyalty raffle. Each client that purchases a service from us the month before will be entered in the client loyalty raffle the next month. The prize for the April raffle was a Beanies Coffee Hamper. The video was put onto Facebook and our client loyalty raffle winner was Katie Hart.
Katie Hart is based in Peterborough and works across the UK. She offers her gender marketing and neuro marketing knowledge to businesses to help them better engage with their target audience. During lockdown she also became a qualified Face Whisperer which is a really interesting addition to her business offering.
Katie helps business with gender marketing, looking at how the brain differs for Males and Females. She uses her neuroscience knowledge and training to looks at what actually is going on in that grey matter, how we respond, what our preferences are, and how that impacts our decisions and perceptions. With thanks to years of academic psychology research providing sophisticated and detailed findings, Katie can use that to market better and interact better with a company’s target audience.
