Here at Creative Content Company we are always talking about the importance of client loyalty. We wrote a previous blog post about not being a car insurance company and raiding prices, then lowering when queried. But client loyalty is about more than just offering a low cost service and providing the best possible service for the client at the price they expect.
For example, we turned 6 years old in September. It has been an incredible 6 successful years in business. We took some time to pat ourselves on the backs and congratulate ourselves for the great work we had done. Yet without our amazing clients we wouldn’t have made 6 years.
So in September we sent our clients some cute cuddly dinosaurs that had little branded flags thanking our clients for their support, and just for being bloomin’ awesome.
This meant we had set our own bar pretty high this Christmas. If our clients get cuddly toys for 6 years in business, what do we give them for Christmas?
Now Christmas Treat Time is over and the treats have been delivered to our clients, we can tell you exactly what they go from us.
All of our clients got a Christmas card from us – of course!
Then our top 15 clients got a little something more. They all got a personalised coaster with their logo on and our branding, thanking them for working with us. All our top clients got a branded bottle of mulled wine to enjoy and some homemade mince pies to nibble on.
And the hamper! We gave our clients a beautiful Christmas hamper box which was full to the brim of Christmas treats. We had Grinch Sweets, Snowman Soup, chocolate brussels sprouts, gold coins, leibkuchen, shortbread, branded lollies, Lindt teddy bears, personalised cookies, reindeer poop, branded pens, candy canes and much more.
Who doesn’t love receiving a box full of treats??? That is what we think Christmas treat time is all about. Here at Creative Content Company, we think it is about treating our clients to say thank you for all their support over the years. We are lucky to have such great clients and hopefully they feel lucky to have us too.
