As you may have seen in previous years, Hazel will take the day out of the office for Children in Need. She will head off to Woking and be Pudsey (SSsssshhh, don’t tell the kids!) for the day as they stand in the streets hugging the general public and collecting donations. As the evening comes, she turns into Pudsey’s nurse and collects donations in the local pubs. However, we have found another way to raise funds for Children in Need.

We saw a post on Facebook by Wellington Wise Sales and Letting Agents in St Ives. They have asked for businesses to donate a small amount of their time to Pedal For Pudsey. I’m not going to say that the Creative Content Company jumped at the chance, but we were keen to get involved. So, Hazel and Dan have popped their names down for the 2pm slot.

For 30 minutes Hazel and Dan will by cycling their little legs off for this great cause. They are both pretty competitive. I imagine it will be quite the display of athletic ability (and sweat!). We are just trying to round up some cheerleaders to help them on their way – feel free to come down.

Wellington Wise Sales and Letting Agents in St Ives haver also been working hard to put an incredible raffle together. They’ve got some fantastic prizes up for grabs that have been donated by local businesses. We will be donating a bottle of fizz too.

If you fancy joining the Pedal For Pudsey challenge, there are still some cycling slots available. Just contact the team at Wellington Wise Sales and Letting Agents in St Ives directly with your availability. If you’d like to donate a raffle prize, let them know. We will happily take the raffle prize for you if you are nearer to Peterborough than St Ives.

What are you doing for Children in Need this year? Will you be watching it on TV in the evening?
