Here at Creative Content Company we are big on client loyalty. We know we wouldn’t be the business we are today with the support from our clients. Our clients have chosen to work with us as their online marketing company in Peterborough and we want to reward them for that.
Previously we have rewarded client loyalty with a Polo Day which we invite our clients to. This is a business networking day in Cambridge that our clients love coming along too. It’s a brilliant way to spend a sunny Friday afternoon.
We send out treats at Christmas and other special occasions throughout the year. This has included personalised coasters, pens, mince pies, sweets, hot chocolate, posh tea and coffee, along with many other treats.
However, we have now introduced a new way of rewarding client loyalty, with monthly raffles. Each month we have a set prize and all our clients that purchased from us the month before are entered in the raffle. A winner is chosen at random and they will be sent the raffle prize from that month.
Last month we donated £75 to a Peterborough Lions Charity and the winner won their Easter Egg Raffle. This was a huge Thornton’s Easter Egg. The winner was Gary at Letters Group and he was very pleased with his prize, as you can see from the picture.
This month’s raffles prize is a Beanies Coffee Hamper. If you follow Hazel on social media, you will know she is a massive Beanies Coffee fan. Their flavoured coffees are delicious and go very nicely with a splash of double cream.
Sarah has sent out the raffle tickets for this month and all our clients will have to wait until the last Friday of the month to see who the lucky winner is. The Beanies Coffee Hamper will then be sent directly to them. They’ll just need to purchase some cream to go with it. That’s if they want to have it the ‘Hazel Way’ of course.
Our prize next month are some yummy sweets from local business Candy Lab. They provide delicious and personalised sweets through their website. Having taste-tested them a few times, we know they are good enough for our amazing clients.
If you would like to be entered in our client loyalty monthly raffle, there are two ways. You can become a client, from just £35 a month – which will get you a blog post too! Or, you can refer us to a client. As soon as your referral starts working with us, you and they are entered in our raffle.
