Blogging frequency has changed over the years. While the more regularly you blog the better the SEO of your website. You do also need to make sure you are posting unique, interesting, relevant blog posts that the visitor to your website wants to read.

  • 28% of businesses were blogging 2-6 times a week
  • 22% of businesses were blogging weekly
  • 20% of businesses were blogging several times a month
  • 10% of businesses were blogging once a month
  • 3% of businesses were blogging less than once a month
  • 14% of businesses were blogging at irregular intervals
