We recently announced that we are finalists in not one, but three Small Business Awards Peterborough categories; we are still completely over the moon about this by the way!

But now we have another reason to do our happy little dance; we are finalists in two categories for Women Leader Awards Peterborough!

If you remember last year, we were up for an award with Small Business Awards Peterborough and 4 awards with Women Leaders Peterborough; but in almost 5 years we have still NEVER won an award in Peterborough. We have been lucky enough to win awards Nationwide and East Anglia – but the competition is always too stiff in Peterborough.

We have been nominated and shortlisted for Women Leaders Award Creative Industries category and while the finalists are not public, we do know that we have been shortlisted with the amazing Charron Pugsley-Hill who does amazing things for the world of arts and creativity in Peterborough, and the lovely Lauren of So Brand Creative – who we were finalists with last year. We even shared a table last year too!

The second category we are up for is the Women Leader Awards Community Impact-Voluntary. We can only presume this is based on the voluntary work we do in our local community including things like the Peterborough Sports Club, National Literacy Trust, Talentino, Parnwell Residents Association, Light Project Peterborough and such like.

Thank you so much to those that took the time to nominate us and thanks to the organisers of Women Leaders Peterborough for short listing us. Now just to keep our fingers crossed until we meet the judging panel for our interview – then for the big awards night itself.

Of course we would love to win an award at this event; but we genuinely are pleased to have been recognised in these awards for the second year and wish all finalists the best of luck.
