The team here at Creative Content Company are really excited to be supporting our long-term business contact Polka Dot Events and their first business expo. We would love for to come along and see us attending the Start Up and Small Business Expo in Corby. Corby might sound like a million miles away, but it is less than an hour from most of Peterborough.
There will be loads of opportunities to network and meet new businesses. The Start Up and Small Business Expo promises to be a day full of networking, learning and growth opportunities. So, we have jumped at the chance to attend. These are all things we love, and as a business with 12 years’ experience, we love being able to share that experience too!
The Start Up and Small Business Expo runs from 10am until 4pm on Thursday 13th November. It is being held at Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel, Rockingham Road, Corby NN17 2AE. At least check there were just 2 exhibition stands available. This means that it will be a really busy and popular event.
In addition, there are some great speakers and networking opportunities too.
For example, Simon Cox, who used to run a brilliant networking group in Peterborough, is running a networking event for free. This will take place at 9am, for the 1hr before The Start Up and Small Business Expo opens. Simon has over 17 years’ experience in networking so it will be a great event to attend. Love Corby Networking are also running a networking session at 3pm too.
There are also some incredible keynote speakers that you can see for free. These include Rupert Turton, Mike Greene and Jonathan Hill. Having seen some of these speakers before, I can assure you that they are well worth seeing in action. In addition, they are completely free to attend, as is the whole The Start Up and Small Business Expo.
It is recommended that you book the networking and speaker slots in advance though, to avoid disappointment. It is the first event run by Polka Dot Events, but as you can see it promises to be a brilliant event. We are really looking forward to being exhibitors at this event. Hopefully we will see you there too.
