Have you been wondering if now is the time to get out there and network with like-minded people in business? Then this could be the blog post for you. If you check our calendar, you will see that we have the next three months of free business networking events booked in. Our events are structured around introducing your business to the room and building relationships with others.
Our networking events start at 3pm with informal networking. At 3.30pm you can introduce your business to the room for up to 1 minute. Each event then has a question asked and you can answer the question in the room. This then helps work as conversation starters and the beginning of relationship building too.
Here at Creative Content Company, we believe relationship building leads to sales. This is why we focus on relationship building for events. The more people get to know you, the more they are likely to use you and recommend you. That’s where this event comes in.
Each event has between 15 and 45 people in attendance. Due to the fact that there is no lock-out of industries, and the day and venue changes each month, the attendees change each month too. This means you will almost always meet someone new, or we will have someone at our event that hasn’t been before.
So, let’s look at our three months of free business networking.
July: Our Business Networking Celebrates Family Golf Month takes place on Thursday 10th July at Glo Golf. Attendees will network and promote their business as usual. This will be followed by attendees splitting into groups and playing a round of crazy golf.
August: Our Business Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week takes place on Wednesday 6th August. This event will also be celebrating Happiness Happens Month. It will take place at the Baa Baa Bistro Community Café. Attendees will be offered a selection of complimentary homemade sausage rolls.
September: Our Business Networking Celebrates Preparedness Month is taking place at Currys in Peterborough. This event will be held on Thursday 25th September. There will be guest speakers sharing tips on cyber security and how to be prepared for scams and viruses. Parking is free, as is the ticket to this event.
