Each month we share some of our favourite testimonials from the month before. In this blog post we share our favourite testimonial from November. It’s from a wonderful client called The Peterborough Small Business Awards. Laura, of the Peterborough Small Business Awards contacted us in regard to our Live Event Tweeting service. This is where we attend an event and post on social media live.
The Peterborough Small Business Awards are a small business that are achieving incredible things. However, they can’t do it all. As well as writing blog posts for this business, to promote the awards event, sponsorship, finalists and winners, they needed help on the day too.
We were invited to post on the Peterborough Small Business Awards Facebook page on the day. We were asked to share the winners of the awards as they were announced. These were to be posted with the winners holding their awards. Laura asked for ‘anything’ else to go with this too.
We spoke to all the winners and invited them to do a ‘live video’ on the Facebook page to say how they felt about winning the award. We live filmed guests arriving at the awards evening, as well as the entertainment on the night. The event was a huge success and enjoyed by everyone. It was our job to get that atmosphere across in our social media posting so people who couldn’t come would want to attend the next year.
