Here at Creative Content Company, we rely heavily on networking. It’s what has grown our business and got us to where we are now. However, post covid, there was a real change on the networking front. So, we saw a gap in the market and decided to run our own events for free. We market the event for free, attendees come for free, and the hosting business gives their space for free. But how do you know it works if you don’t get feedback? So, here you can read the feedback from Business Networking Celebrates Family Golf Month.
July was Family Golf Month, and we approached Glo Golf to host the event for us. Attendees came along to network, present their business to the room and build relationships. We played golf, darts, arcade games and shuffleboard. Our events focus on relationship building, which then lead to sales, instead of hard selling.

“I’ve done a lot of networking locally from formal meetings as part of a networking group and more informal events too. When I visited Glow Golf for the event run by Hazel, I thought it was great! First of all, I met lots of people that I hadn’t at other events which was great, and secondly as we all played Crazy Golf, we got into conversations you wouldn’t normally in a networking event and had a lot of laughs too. Well done to Hazel and her team for pulling off a great and memorable event bringing the local business community together, I look forward to the next one.”
