Posting on Mondays between 9am and 12noon will result in good engagement on your posts. If you want to post on Facebook, then try between 9am and 2pm, or around 5pm. The engagement on posts on Wednesdays is more spread across the day. However, you will get higher levels of engagements on posts that are uploaded between 9am and 3pm, or around 5pm.
Thursdays offer good results on Facebook too. Posting slightly earlier at 8am will get you better engagement on your posts. However, posting between 8am and 3pm, or around 5pm will result in good engagement for your posts. Fridays you will notice better engagement on posts uploaded between 9am and 11am.
In short, this tells us the worst days to post is a Sunday. However, the best days to post on Facebook for your business are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
