Each month we run a free networking event to support the local business community. These are known as Business Networking Celebrates. This is because each month we celebrate a different occasion, national day or month. In this blog post we would like to share the feedback from attendees at our Business Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week.

This even took place at Baa Baa Bistro, a new community café in Peterborough. It was also Happiness Happens Month. After attendees shared their 60 seconds on their own business, they were invited to share one line about what makes them happy in business. We heard some really interesting responses. These extra topics really helped to build better relationships with those in the room.

“Hazel’s Business Networking Celebrates is great. Every time there are 2/3rds of the room who are new, and it’s free. The lovely thing about this networking is the fact it moves around to new venues. You will notice that each person mentioned the fact new people are always there to meet. At the Business Networking Celebrates National Farmers Market Week we asked people to raise their hands if they knew every single person in the room. Nobody was able to. All the attendees sharing their feedback above have been to at least 3 events before.
